The Plus track does not raise your top-up limit. It lowers your price per credit and includes more subscription credits.

What happens when you reach your limit #

You can’t buy more credits for the rest of your subscription term. You have two options.

Wait for your new subscription term #

Your top-up allowance resets when the new term begins.

Upgrade your package #

Move to the next tier, for example Silver to Gold, to get a higher limit.

You cannot switch tracks mid-subscription to unlock more top-ups. Changing from Basic to Plus part-way through a term does not raise your limit.

Downgrading your package #

Check this before you downgrade — you may lose credits you’ve already paid for.

  • Your top-up limit adjusts to the lower package when the downgrade takes effect.
  • You keep your existing credits only up to the new package’s limit.
  • Any credits above that limit expire automatically when the downgrade takes effect.
  • Top-ups already purchased in the current term count towards the new limit until your next renewal.
Example: if you hold 8,000 credits and downgrade to a package with a 5,000 limit, you keep 5,000 and the remaining 3,000 expire. Use or plan for surplus credits before you downgrade.

Avoid reaching your limit #

  • Choose the Plus track upfront if you expect high usage. It includes more subscription credits at a lower price per credit.
  • Choose a higher-tier package if you need a larger or unlimited top-up allowance.
  • Check your remaining allowance before committing to a campaign that needs a large top-up.
Track changes and package upgrades take effect at set points in your subscription, so decide before your term starts where possible.

Frequently asked questions

Select a question to expand it.
Can I still buy more credits if I need them?

Yes, by moving to a package with a larger or unlimited top-up limit. You can also wait for your next subscription term, when your allowance resets.

Will the limit reduce how many listings I can promote?

For most agents, no. The credits included with your subscription — particularly on Plus tracks — cover regular listing activity. If you consistently need more, a higher-tier package will suit your usage better.

Does switching from Basic to Plus raise my limit?

No. The limit is set by your package tier, not your track. Plus lowers your price per credit and includes more subscription credits, but Silver Basic and Silver Plus share the same 5,000 limit. You also cannot switch tracks mid-subscription.

If I downgrade, does my top-up limit reset?

Your limit adjusts to the lower package. Top-ups you already purchased in the current term count towards the new limit until your next renewal cycle.

Can I still use credits I bought before downgrading?

Only up to the new package’s limit. Credits above that limit expire automatically when the downgrade takes effect, so plan to use any surplus beforehand.

When does my top-up allowance reset?

At the start of each new subscription term.
