While we understand your desire to maximise exposure, reposting or porting PropertyGuru listings to third-party platforms is not allowed, unless through official, approved partnerships (e.g. selected social media channels).

Frequently Asked Questions

What is “porting” of listings?

Porting refers to the use of third-party tools or platforms—including websites or software—that access your AgentNet account (often via your login credentials) to automatically extract and republish your listings elsewhere on the internet.

Can I manually repurpose my PropertyGuru listings on other websites?

No. For security and copyright reasons, your PropertyGuru listings cannot be republished or used on external platforms, even if done manually.


This protects:

  • Your listing content from being misused

  • Your personal data and account integrity

  • The intellectual property rights of PropertyGuru and our partners

I used to post my listings elsewhere. Why is it blocked now?

We’ve strengthened our platform’s security and enforcement of our Acceptable Use Policy to ensure:

  • The authenticity and exclusivity of listings

  • Protection from unauthorised copying or scraping by bots and software

  • Compliance with data and copyright laws

Our system actively detects and blocks third-party access to prevent automated content extraction and reposting.

Can I give permission to another platform to republish my listings?

We appreciate your intent to promote your listings. However:

  • We cannot grant access to specific bots or platforms on request

  • Our protection systems apply to all listings and users equally

  • Sharing your AgentNet login credentials with any third party is strongly discouraged due to security risks
