Your agent profile is your public-facing page on PropertyGuru, showing property seekers your photo, job title, specialities, and track record. It appears on your listings and in seller recommendations.
Access Your Profile Settings on AgentNet #
Once you’re logged in to AgentNet, go to your profile editor:
A complete profile appears in seller recommendations and search results, so it’s worth filling in every field below.
Edit Your Profile #
Profile photo — click on your existing photo to upload or replace it.
Job title — click Edit job title and enter your title (up to 50 characters).
Agency information — your agency name, CEA Registration No., and Agency License No. are shown here but can’t be edited directly. To update these, email custcare@propertyguru.com.sg or call +65 6238 5971 (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm).
About me — click Edit about me to update:
- Languages you speak
- Describe yourself: a written summary, up to 8,000 characters. Suggested focus: your property specialism, experience, and track record
- Social links
Get discovered by sellers (Beta) — when enabled, your profile appears in seller recommendations on search results. Add a seller summary, shown on your seller recommendation card, up to 90 characters. You can use PropertyGuru’s AI tool to help draft this.
Specialities — the property and transaction types you specialise in, e.g. HDB rental, sales, or landed.
Skills — relevant skills, e.g. sales & negotiation, client relations, or CRM.
Operating regions — the regions you operate in, e.g. West or North.
HDB estates — the specific HDB estates where you’re active.
